Succulent baby back ribs and tender chicken cooked over charcoal with our unique Texas barbeque sauce; smoked sausage, homemade chili with beans, pasta primavera or garden salad and watermelon. (Menu for 50 guests or more – Higher prices for smaller parties)

All the hot dogs and hamburgers you can eat, plus barbecued chicken, pasta primavera or garden salad and watermelon. (Menu for 100 guests or more. Higher prices for smaller parties.)
